Three very different worlds filled with mortal danger and opportunities await brave players in the deck builder card game, Unstoppable. Created by John D. Clair for solo or group play, Unstoppable is seeking backers in a Kickstarter campaign, which is ending soon on July 3, 2024.

“On the city-planet of Ceres II, every alleyway invites a quick and quiet death. In the lush forests of Virenos, a single misstep could land you in the belly of a beast. And the harsh wasteland of Mithras holds both grave danger and great treasure for those who search its stacks of discarded rubbish,” per the Kickstarter description.

“Amidst this chaos, you find yourself thriving, learning, growing. A child of rank, touched by fate. But a new danger shadows the future of all three worlds. Gather your allies and sharpen your skills, for the darkest days are yet to come…” the description continues.

The game includes 4 portrait cards, 12 character cards, 14 starting core cards, 26 starting threat cards, 39 threat cards, 100 core cards, 36 upgrade cards, 46 boss cards, 2 player mats, and 3 boss mats. It also come with 16 credit tokens, 30 damage tokens, 2 armor tokens, 2 health tokens, 1 danger marker, 12 action point discs, 4 level discs, 121 card sleeves, 20 card dividers, 1 reference sheet, and 1 storybook.

Pledge levels start at $60 for the game and all unlocked stretch goals. Backers get those items plus a playmat for $75, two playmats for $90, and three playmats for $100.

The project is already funded – at press time it had received nearly 12-times its original goal of $10,000 – but is still seeking backers until July 3.
