The first issue of Ninjettes introduced a group of teen girls who were taken from their homes and dropped off at a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. Chosen because they have displayed some kind of violent or rebellious tendencies, they are told to kill each other to survive and eventually become assassins.

Things got bloody quick and Steph, one of the few who immediately wanted to avoid the murdering, was ostracized. The second issue by Fred Van Lente continues the battle royale insanity, but adds in some Lord of the Flies. An alpha has emerged in the group and others are looking for ways to survive in whatever way they can.

Ninjettes is off to a solid start.
