Intergalactic bounty hunters Spike Spiegel, Jet Black, and Faye Valentine are searching for Melville, a man in possession of a quantum vest that supposedly gives the wearer good luck. The trail has taken them to a moon called Cyllene where the chemical composition of the atmosphere gives people the feeling of being drunk. What better place for three surly bounty hunters to seek their target.

Cowboy Bebop takes a silly and strange turn in this issue by Dan Watters. The concept of a drunk party moon sounds fun until the Cowboys start noticing all of the odd ways it has changed people. As with the first issue, this one gives the team a huge piece of information and something new to hunt for before they get paid.

Like its source material, this comic is an offbeat series with strange characters for a new take on the space cowboy genre.
