Thanos Legacy #1

Marvel; $4.99
Thanos has seen his future – even been to it to visit an older and potentially wiser version of himself – and didn’t care much for what he saw. So in order to change that future he allows something to take place that would seem unbecoming for one with such a reputation as the Mad Titan has.
In the backup feature, Gamora is sent on a quest for her adopted father, and is forced to reconcile with the role she plays in her father’s life as well as the impact she has on the people around her.
A whole new generation of fans was introduced to Thanos earlier this year with the debut of Avengers: Infinity War, and Thanos Legacy helps to delve a little deeper into the titan’s madness. Both of the stories in this double-feature provide interesting character studies and help to look into the psyche of this legendary Marvel antagonist. While it’s not going to provide a ton of context, it is a really good place to start for MCU fans looking for some new reading material.
