Brynne’s dogged pursuit of the truth comes to a satisfying conclusion when writer Zac Thompson puts one more twist in this story of atmospheric paranoia and possible murder before concluding the book. Artist Nicola Izzo had established the isolation and frigid conditions in early issues with long shots of the snowy terrain and by only showing one or two characters at a time. For the last issue, she took a more intrusive approach with up close angles that reveals the truth that certain characters try to hide.
