The residents of Townsville have woken up to a very strange sight: a giant statue of Mojo Jojo! Naturally, the mayor calls in the Powerpuff Girls to uncover Mojo’s dastardly plan, but what they learn is quite unexpected. Things get even sillier when Mojo Jojo moves on to the second phase of his plan by entering the Powerpuff Girls’ dreams.

Kelly Thompson has written another very enjoyable issue of Powerpuff Girls. First, there’s Mojo Jojo’s over the top method for getting the girls’ attention. Then when he enters their dreams, it gets even funnier. Each set of dreams perfectly reflects the Powerpuff Girls and manages to frustrate, beat, and confuse Mojo Jojo. The new series at Dynamite is off to a really good start.
