Gratitude and appreciation aren’t on the menu this Thanksgiving in the first trailer for Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving. The horror writer-director behind Hostel, Cabin Fever, and The Green Inferno is dishing out a new holiday themed slasher that puts a dark spin on the American celebration.

The trailer opens with gloved hands preparing the Thanksgiving meal – only to reveal that a woman seems to be the centerpiece on the table. Flashback to an incident that occurred at a local big box retail store where things turned violent on Black Friday. Now, it seems that someone wants revenge on the town of Plymouth, Massachusetts – and they are getting it while dressed as a pilgrim.

Thanksgiving stars Rick Hoffman, Gina Gershon, Patrick Dempsey, Milo Manheim, Addison Rae, and Karen Cliche. It arrives in theaters in November 2023.
