St. Canard has created a Darkwing Duck statue to honor his many heroic and daring exploits. Launchpad, Gosalyn, even Herb Muddlefoot are there for the festivities. What starts out as a celebration turns chaotic when one of D.W.’s foes crashes the party.

Darkwing Duck is back, showing off his talent for heroics and his love of alliteration. The comic is off to a good start by reintroducing readers to the dashing duck and his crimefighting team, while also being accessible to new readers. The creative team of writer Amanda Deibert and artist Carlo Lauro did a great job of capturing the tone and look of the popular animated series.
