As stated by a book publisher in the early pages of this issue, Sun Tzu’s The Art of War has been translated many times and applied to several different fields. But that isn’t about to stop Deadpool from trying his hand at the ancient text’s lessons.

Deadpool’s Art of War takes Wade Wilson through several storylines, breaking several fourth walls along the way, until he arrives at the timeline of a very specific version of Loki (“Circa Silver Surfer #4”). There, he advises the villain on how to defeat his brother Thor. As always with Deadpool, things are a little wacky and nonsensical, but any fan of the character is sure to enjoy this book.
