Fear has overcome New York City! Cerebravores, a group of non-corporeal psychic parasites are attacking New Yorkers by feeding on their worst fears to physically manifest and sow more fear. While investigating the Cerebravores the Doctor is sent into another dimension to learn more about them. Meanwhile his new friend Gabby attempts to keep her family’s business safe until his return. The Doctor comes to the rescue as the city attempts to celebrate the Day of the Dead despite the fear surrounding them. The story is very well written by Nick Abadzis with vibrant art by Elena Casagrande. Look for a nod to a terrifying Doctor Who villain about halfway through the book.
