Five Tales of Courage in Girl Rebels Graphic Novel

Girl Rebels presents five stories about inspiration and courage as young girls try to make a positive difference in the world. The graphic novel features stories by Laurent Hopman, Fabien Morin, and Julien Derain, with art by Gijé, Jocelyn Joret, Brett Parson, Vittoria Macioci, and Rebecca Traunig. The Titan Comics graphic novel arrives in January 2025.

The book will tell the stories of Greta Thunberg, Malala Yousafzai, Yusra Mardini, Emma ‘X’ Gonzalez and the Parkland Kids, and Melati and Isabel Wijsen.

“Six girls, five empowering adventures. From climate activism to fighting for education and gun control, each story delves deep into the personal struggles and triumphs of remarkable individuals,” per Titan’s description.

“Each turn of the page will draw readers into the lives of these young girls, who never intended to become spokespeople or flag-bearers, but have now become inspiring icons and role models for thousands of young people all over the world,” the description continues.

Girl Rebels will be on sale January 21, 2025.
