ComicLink is accepting consignments for their Summer Featured Auction that starts on August 15, and they are now promoting consignments. They are also taking consignments for other upcoming auctions including the Focused Auction that begins in September (a preview will post soon). In addition to comic books and original art, ComicLink’s partner firm CertifiedLink is seeking other categories of certified and authenticated collectibles including sports and non-sports trading cards, video games, action figures, VHS tapes, coins, and sports, historical, and entertainment memorabilia. ComicLink is accepting consignments at two upcoming shows in Southern California. First up is Torpedo Con, which is being held Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21 at the Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale & Executive Meeting Center at 100 W Glenoaks Blvd in Glendale. VP/Senior Consignment Director Douglas Gillock and Consignment Director Ross Kearney will be at the show.
Then they will attend Comic-Con International: San Diego on Wednesday through Sunday, July 24-28 at the San Diego Convention Center. Gillock and Kearney will be joined by ComicLink founder and Managing Director Josh Nathanson and Sales Associate Joshua Smolek.
At both shows, the firm will be accepting submissions for the upcoming ComicLink.com and CertifiedLink.com auctions. Cash advances will be available for qualified material.
