The story written by Liam Sharp offers plenty of suspense, despite some heavy handed exposition. The art by Ben Wolstenholme and colors by Fin Cramb portray a very dark world with speckled glowing hints of light. Some panels appear almost like watercolor paint has been haphazardly spilled on the page and the lack of sharpness distances readers from engaging in the story.
