MyComicShop April Prime Auction Ends Apr. 18
MyComicShop’s April Prime Auction is wrapping up this week with the final round of 2011-current books closing on Friday, April 18, 2025. Some great comics and art are up for bid in this round including Batman Arkham Knight #1 CGC 9.8 Signature Series Kevin Conroy and the Icon vs. Hardware #1C original cover by Denys Cowan and John Floyd, which was made as an homage to the Breaking of the Bat. They’ve already seen great results, including Teen-Age Romances #42 CGC 7.0, one of only two highest graded copies, that closed at $11,100.
As this auction closes, MyComicShop is previewing some of the books that will be added to the site, including Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 4.0, Marvel Premiere #15 CGC 9.8, Batman #19 CGC 3.5 (Dick Sprang’s first Batman work), and Black Knight #1 CBCS 7.0. As soon as the books are available, they will be added to MyComicShop’s New Listings page.
Convention season is now in full swing, and the MyComicShop team will be at several cons around the country. They will buy and pick up consignments, both at the cons and on the way back to Texas. They will be attending 3 Rivers Comic Con in Pittsburgh, PA on June 7-8, HeroesCon in Charlotte, North Carolina on June 20-22, OAFCon in Norman, Oklahoma on September 26-28, and Baltimore Comic-Con on October 17-19 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Collectors can contact MyComicShop’s Seller Services department at (817) 670-8115 or sellerservices@mycomicshop.com to arrange to drop off books or art at the show or to see if MyComicShop is able to pick up items on their way back to Texas.
