Ninjettes are assassins. Young women who fit a certain profile and become expendable killers for hire. But, how are they “recruited” to be Ninjettes and what parameters are used to measure their potential? Those questions are somewhat answered in the first, bloody issue of Ninjettes.
As the title states, Ninjettes comes From the Pages of Jennifer Blood, so violence and biting humor are part of the comic’s DNA. The creative team of writer Fred Van Lente, artist Joseph Cooper, and colorist Dearbhla Kelly start the issue with a bang (literally) and keep the pace moving fast until the final page.
It’s a conspiracy, it’s a battle royale, and it’s already really good.
