Scarlett Couture: The Munich File #3

Titan; $3.99
Members of Scarlett’s team have been attacked and while one survived a bombing in New York, the other was assassinated in Paris. The pieces are falling into place as Scarlett realizes her current case investigating the theft of the powerful computer program LADON is tied to her last case, Project Stardust. Not only that, but it is also connected to the Chase Couture spy agency’s roots, which go all the way back to World War II.
One of the many things I like about the Scarlett Couture books – written and drawn by Des Taylor – is that every issue is filled with content. Taylor has crafted a detailed plot with complications and obstacles, strategic moves, and loads of action. On the art side, he covers each panel in just as much detail, putting the reader inside of a high tech intelligence agency or a wealthy business mogul’s office or even WWII war room. In each issue, Taylor provides enough content that would fill two or three issues in another title.
