A copy of Superman #2, Wolverine art by Humberto Ramos and Carlos Cuevas, and an unopened copy of the China Syndrome video game are offered in Heritage’s weekly auctions. The Comic Book Auction closes on Sunday through Tuesday, March 23-25, 2025, the Video Games Mini-Boss Auction ends on Tuesday, March 25, and the Comic Art & Illustration Auction wraps up on March 26.

Going back to the Golden Age, the comic auction contains Superman #2 CGC Apparent 3.5 with the Man of Steel’s second appearance in his first solo title. Tales from the Crypt #20 (#1) CGC 4.5 is the debut issue of the iconic horror comic with a cover by Johnny Craig and contributions from Al Feldstein, Jack Kamen, and Graham Ingels.

The original art auction offers Humberto Ramos and Carlos Cuevas’ Wolverine #42 story page 15 with Logan in his leather jacket look, claws out, threatening a group of thugs. Mark Bagley, John Dell, and Andrew Hennessy’s Superior Spider-Man #6 story page 8 delivers a fight page between Peter Parker in his Superior Spider-Man costume versus Doctor Octopus.

The video game auction starts with the rare China Syndrome CGC 8.5 NS unopened for Atari 2600 based on the movie of the same name that explored nuclear power fears. Pictionary CGC 9.8 sealed for NES is based on the board game that debuted five years earlier in 1985.
