Heritage is hosting The Art of Archie Comics Auction on October 17, 2024. Nearly 40 lots of Archie Comics original art is offered from titles like Archie, Laugh Comics, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Mighty Crusaders, Little Archie, Adventures of the Jaguar, Pep Comics, Archie’s Pals ‘n’ Gals, and more.
Bill Vigoda’s Archie’s Pals ‘n’ Gals #10 complete five-page story “The Lid’s Off” sees Jughead making the duplicate of an expensive hat that Veronica wanted. From the same issue is Vigoda and Mario Acquaviva’s complete four-page story “Seer Sucker” in which Betty seeks love advice from a fortune teller who is really Veronica in disguise.
Dexter Taylor’s Little Archie #60 complete five-page story features a fun house starring the kids from Riverdale. In Dan DeCarlo and Henry Scarpelli’s Veronica #97 complete five-page story “The Marry Kind” Veronica fantasizes about being married to Archie, Reggie, and Dilton.
Harry Lucey and Marty Epp’s Archie #120 complete six-page story “Knit Wits” sees Betty and Veronica attempting to knit ties for Archie. DeCarlo’s Archie’s TV Laugh-Out #50 complete six-page story “Mirthful Mayhem” follows Alex after a post-hypnotic suggestion to feel the opposite effects of pain and anger.
In Stan Goldberg and Acquaviva’s Sabrina the Teenage Witch #5 complete 10-page story “Witchful Thinking” Sabrina uses magic to join Archie’s group. John Rosenberger’s Adventures of the Jaguar #11 complete six-page story “The Monkey in the Moon!” featuring Jaguar in one of his strangest adventures.
