SurrealEstate, the Syfy channel show about a real estate firm that specializes in selling properties that are haunted, is returning soon for its third season. Syfy dropped the first trailer for season three, which includes a time jump and announces the premiere date.

The new season takes place three years after season two with Luke Roman (Tim Rozon) and Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy) now partners in the Roman Ireland Agency. As they continue their work of expelling metaphysical presences from houses that need to be sold, Luke will also be “stalked by an old, demonic childhood nemesis who threatens him and everyone he cares about…” per the official synopsis.

The trailer catches up with the characters and their mission with Roman explaining that they are “specialists in metaphysically engaged properties.” It shows Luke, Susan, and fellow agent Lomax (Elena Juatco) discussing haunted presences with clients, and catches up with August Ripley (Maurice Dean Wint) as he does some readings. There’s a cowboy ghost, a potentially sinister new player, and we even see rival real estate agent Rita Weiss (Alison Brooks) being frightened by a spirit.

Tennille Read and Adam Korson are also back for season three as principal cast members, while Savannah Basley is returning for at least one episode.
