Venom: The Last Dance is ready to take a spin around Netflix. The latest film in Sony’s Spider-Man universe will arrive on the streaming service on February 25, 2025.

The last movie in the Venom trilogy stars Tom Hardy as former reporter Eddie Brock as he and his antihero alter ego Venom are on the run from Knull, the god of symbiotes. It was released in theaters in October 2024, and went on to earn $478.8 million at the global box office, becoming the tenth highest grossing film of the year.

The Venom movie series began in 2018, when Eddie was a down and out reporter who lost his job and his fiancée in one fell swoop. After bonding with the alien symbiote, Venom, they must stop an amoral scientist from unleashing more symbiotes on the world. The second movie, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, sees Eddie and Venom on somewhat better terms as they battle the formidable Carnage.

Hardy and Kelly Marcel, who wrote the script for Venom: Let There Be Carnage penned the script for the third entry in the franchise. Marcel also stepped behind the camera to direct the movie.

Venom: The Last Dance also stars Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Alanna Ubach, Stephen Graham, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Clark Backo, and Ivo Nandi.
