Walking Dead Releases Daryl Dixon Teaser, Poster

Daryl Dixon has traveled from Atlanta to Alexandria to the Commonwealth, and will soon find himself in France. The Walking Dead has released a short teaser previewing the new terrain that the fan-favorite character played by Norman Reedus will explore in The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.

“Daryl washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan,” the show’s official logline reads.

Walking Dead producer, director, and makeup artist Greg Nicotero has described the show as being similar to a standalone series with a focus on exploring how another area of the world is dealing with the zombie apocalypse. Being that the show takes Daryl Dixon to France, it will feature new characters and themes for the franchise.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will premiere in the fall of 2023 on AMC.
